AMENDMENT 0002

I. The following Bidder Question(s) and Answer(s) shall be considered when submitting quotations for solicitation

N42158-19-Q-0046:

Question 1: “Are you also able to tell me what the furniture manufacture is of the furniture to be reconfigured?”

1. Will the existing data cables be used for reconfigured stations, or are they to be replaced by NNSY?

Answer: The existing data cables will be used for the reconfigured stations.

2. Will the power poles be disconnected from the ceiling electrical box prior to us tearing down and reconfiguring the existing? Are we to provide the electrician for the disconnect and reconnection of the power poles?

Answer: Power poles will not be disconnected prior to the selected contractor performing the reconfiguration. If electrician support is required for the disconnect and reconnect, the contractor is to provide.

3. Are the existing chairs being used for reconfigured stations, or will they go to storage?

Answer: The chairs located at T-30 will not be relocated to storage/BLDG 11; all chairs will remain at T-30.

4. What is the access to the storage building and room? 1st floor? Loading dock? double doors from building entry to final storage location?

Answer: Access to the storage building (BLDG 11) is through the front door facing the street on the first floor of the building. The front door is a single door with a straight walk-up ramp. (Parking for a moving truck, if used, will be available near the entrance.) The three rooms within BLDG 11 that are available for storage use are on the first floor and are three of the first four rooms as you enter the building.

5. Should we include in the price to tune up the existing stations? (Making sure the runs are straight, using the best of the remaining product, adjusting the work surfaces, panels and overheads and making sure everything is in working order)

Answer: Yes.

6. Will detailed drawing be provided or what is available the final print?

Answer: No further drawings will be provided; Attachments 1 and 2 to the PWS are the only available.

7. What are the building conditions referring to building 11, storage space and loading dock, ground load capabilities?

Answer: See answer to question 4.

8. Are all chairs being relocated to building 11?

Answer: See answer to question 3.

9. Are the quads in the middle of the room the same measurements as existing plan. If not what parts will be used to complete stations?

Answer: Three “quads” are shown in the middle of the room in Attachment 2 – Future Layout.

The cubicles in the furthest left “quad” are to be of the same measurements as existing cubicles.

The cubicles in the two “quads” to the right are to be larger than the standard existing cubicle size. The contractor is to use existing cubicle parts to provide an additional approximate 3 ft of modular wall for each cubicle and an additional (existing) table-top unit

(with under drawer storage).

10. Where is the stopping point of where the cubicles will be taken down?

Answer: Cubicles to the right of the red line in Attachment 1 are to be reconfigured into the configuration shown in Attachment 2. (In Attachment 2, the configuration depicted above the red line is the configuration to be created. In Attachment 2, the area below the red line shall be left vacant for future modular furniture installation.) The two highlighted cubicles to the left of the red line in Attachment 1 are to be moved as shown.

II. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
