About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for a pool shell surface renovation project at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The amendment (Amendment 0001) for solicitation N40085-23-R-0406 provides clarifications and answers to six key contractor questions about the project scope. Key details include replacing deck tiles (to be flush with existing surface), replacing all pool inlets, outlets, and main drain covers, adding 2x2 tile under the bulkhead for future repairs, and cleaning/preparing all surfaces. The government confirms that loose items will be removed and stored by the end user, and that approximately 20% of light bulbs will be replaced. The solicitation remains open with proposals due on August 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM EDT, and the amendment must be acknowledged with proposal submission to avoid potential rejection.
