About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for Navy Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Division (NAVFACSYSCOM MID-ATLANTIC) with solicitation number N4008525R0112. The amendment provides Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) responses addressing multiple contractor questions about project specifications, including clarifications on drawing scales, work hours, escalation costs, interior work, conduit installation, and project phasing.
Key details include the proposal due date of 25 August 2025 at 1000 EDT, which remains unchanged, and the point of contact is Nicole Fellers. The project appears to involve electrical and infrastructure work, with specific attention to conduit, boxes, and site modifications. Notable responses indicate no interior work will be performed, escalation costs are not incorporated, work will require approximately 3 phases, and the project start date is to be determined based on end-of-year funding. The amendment also notes that only bottom-line pricing is required, and a 5-year experience requirement exists for the project superintendent.
