Item I -

EVAL

CRITERIA

It is very cumbersome to prepare the technical narrative and CPM schedule with the current due date of 08/21 and 18 pending RFP’s under this contract. Due to the straight-forward nature of the scope of work and the estimated magnitude of construction - can the Government please consider waiving the Technical Solution approach for this solicitation?

Extending the Proposal to Wednesday, 28 August 2024. This is a Design-Build Award and the Government will not wave the Technical Solution approach for this solicitation.

EVAL

CRITERIA

For the Past Performance section, can the government please consider projects of similar size and scope performed outside of this MACC contract as relevant?

Please refer to Factor 2- Past performance: (i) Solicitation Submittal Requirements:

"Offerors do not need to provide any information under this factor as the Government will base the evaluation on known past performance on task orders awarded under this Multiple Award Contract (MAC)..." (ii) Basis of Evaluation:

"Offerors lacking past performance information on other task orders under this Multiple Award Contract will not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably in past performance and will receive a Neutral Confidence rating."

The elevator penthouse is already being coated as part of a separate project and therefore will no longer be within the scope of this project. The exterior paint at the stairwell penthouse will need to be tested to confirm lead paint and, until confirmation and for bidding purposes, it should be assumed to contain lead paint.

7 08/13/24 RFP Part 3 -
