What kind of document particularly is considered as ‘evidence of availability of working/ operating capital, which will be used for the performance of the resultant contract’?

Any documentation showing the evidence is acceptable, such as but not limited to financial statement, current certificate of balance issued by bank etc.

2 Spec Item 3.1.1 3.1.2

How to proceed with construction if residents are not present during the schedule notified by the contractor

・Could we proceed the work without the resident at home?

・Are we (KTR) allowed to borrow the key?

If customers are not at home during the first scheduled visit, the contractor will post a notice on the door with the next scheduled date. The notice will include a statement such as: “If the customer is not at home during the next scheduled visit, the contractor will enter using the master key.”

The contractor will then coordinate with the housing office to borrow the key and carry out the work.

The "1st floor janitor rooms at High-rise are included in this contract" in the Notes section includes the lower 3000 series, 4 Family Unit Type, but this is incorrect.

The J-1502000-03 specifies that high-rise janitor rooms are included in the contract but does not mention the lower 3000 series units or the 4 Family Unit Type. This appears to be an error. A revised PWS is incorporated in this amendment.

Can we understand that SOQ B434 does not require this cleaning?

Yes, Building 434 does not require cleaning under this contract. The building is vacant and no longer in use.

For the drainpipe (Page-247), it says "at least 10 calendar days," for the dryer duct (Page-290), there is no mention of notification, and for the water tank (Page-294), it says "at least 1 week's notice."

We believe it is essential to notify residents of all works, and we don't think it's a good idea not to notify the

The specifications state, “They shall clean the laundry dryer exhaust duct system from each dryer outlet in a family unit to the roof fans and waste material collector boxes (located in pits) or to vent caps, both vertically and horizontally” (Spec Item 3.1.2). This requirement necessitates access to individual units to ensure thorough cleaning of all duct sections, including work to the residents about the dryer duct work, so we would like notifications to be given such as other works.

Also, from our experience, many residents forgot about the work even if they were notified well in advance of the actual work date.

Therefore, we think the best timing for notifying them is 3 to 7 days in advance, so please consider this.

horizontal ducts. A revised PWS is incorporated in this amendment to address notifications; however, there is no change to the timeline for notifications at this time.

6 25R8907_HSG_Clea ning_SOW J-1502000-12 Page-295

Regarding EM385-1-1, Paragraph 34.A on page 295 should be 34-7 in the revised version of March 15, 2024, so we suggest revising it.

The specification creation process can be lengthy, and regulations may be updated either before or after certification, or even during the contract period. To address this, the specifications require the use of the most up-to-date regulations at all times. For EM385-1-1, please refer to the list and note in Section J-0200000-02, “DIRECTIVES, INSTRUCTIONS, AND REFERENCES.”
