C. RESTRICTION
If a company that is incorporated and registered as a full UK company although owned by a US Company, qualifies under the JV requirement of GOV?
The entity described above does not appear to meet the RFP's requirements for a UK/US Joint Venture (JV). The RFP's JV requirements language require that any proposed UK/US JV meet all of the requirements specified in Section C RESTRICTION and
D JOINT VENTURE
REQUIREMENTS. See pages 7 of 62 and 8 of 62 of RFP

C. RESTRICTION
Also, if so, can the experience of the mother US company be used for the UK based firm considering the limited performance required by the UK firm under the set threshold (JV with the UK at 20% min and US at 60% min).
The RFP specifically described the experience submittal requirements for JV's and the process for utilizing experience information of affiliates/subsidiaries/parent/LL C/LTD member companies.
See pages 15 of 52 last two paragraphs of RFP 21R0079.

C. RESTRICTION
So, if a UK company is owned by a US company does the UK company still qualify as the UK part of that JV?
See response to question in PPI 9.
