About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for the overhaul of a backup emergency generator at Building IKE-691 on Naval Base Yokosuka in Japan. The scope of work involves overhauling the generator, performing load testing, and managing recyclable waste. The Navy seeks a fixed-price contract for these non-recurring services.

The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from 22 November 2019 to 27 November at 10:30 AM local time. Offerors must submit pricing in Japanese yen only. The Navy will evaluate proposals based on price alone and reserves the right to award without discussions. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on 25 October at 10:00 AM. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East is the issuing command.
