9 PWS,
Section C- 0200000-2.6, I would like to inform you that if we are awarded this contract, administration work shall be done from our Okinawa Branch Office since our company have similar project there. One of the reason is because any person who visit to Okinawa from mainland of Japan needs to be quarantined for 14 days after the arrival. Therefore, if our staffs travel back and forth between Sasebo and Okinawa, it will take time due to this reason. We are planning to send our supporting companies’ staff for the on-site work.
We would like to know if this management system is acceptable to you before participating the bidding.
The Contractor shall ensure the performance objectives and standards in the PWS are met.
