The existing pipe trenches for exterior equipment at the east side of Mechanical Rooms #925 and #927 are not indicated on the drawing M-06 and M-07, and the new pipe installation will interfere with the trenches. We would like to change the piping route to inside the mechanical room.
The trenches on the East side were installed during a project at the in 2017 “Repair Domestic Hot Water " project for Bldgs. #925 and # 927. The depth of the HW piping in this project should allow for installation in existing location under the existing trenches. Means and methods shall be determined by contractor if shoring is needed to support existing trenches.

One of the qualifications for the QC Manager is to have both 1st Class Civil Works Execution Managing Engineer (1Kyu, Doboku sekou kanri gishi) and 1st Class Plumbing Works Execution Managing Engineer (1 kyu, Kankouji sekou kanri gishi) licenses. However, there aren't many people who has both licenses, and it will be very difficult to provide a QC Manager who qualifies this requirement.
Could you please change the requirement to accept the QC Manager who obtains one of the two licenses?
The specification states, "The individual must have the Japanese license of Construction Quality Management Technician and the following licenses applicable to the work type of the project."
