C. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS
C.1. NITROGEN BOTTLES: FILL WITH NITROGEN GAS. NITROGEN SHALL BE TYPE 1, GRADE A, OIL FREE PER A-A-59155, 99.5% MINIMUM BY VOLUME.
C.1.1. FIVE (5) BOTTLES TO BE FILLED HAVE 45 CUBIC FOOT CAPACITY.
C.1.2. ONE (1) BOTTLE TO BE FILLED HAS 250 CUBIC FOOT CAPACITY.
C.1.2.1. BOTTLES MAY HAVE A PRESSURE RATING OF 2015, 2265 OR 2400 PSIG.
C.1.3. BOTTLES ARE EXISTING AND SHALL BE REPLACED AS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN CURRENT INVENTORY.
C.2. OXYGEN BOTTLES: FILL WITH OXYGEN GAS. OXYGEN GAS SHALL BE TYPE 1, GRADE F, PER CGA G-4.3 AND PURITY OF AT LEAST 99.99%.
C.2.1. TEN (10) BOTTLES TO BE FILLED HAVE 80 CUBIC FOOT CAPACITY.
C.3. ARGON DEWARS: FILL WITH LIQUID ARGON. ARGON SHALL BE TYPE II, OIL FREE PER MIL-A-18455(A/R).
C.3.1. TWELVE (12) DEWARS HAVE 4500 CUBIC FOOT CAPACITY EACH.
C.4. ARGON BOTTLES: FILL WITH ARGON GAS. ARGON SHALL BE TYPE 1, OIL FREE PER MIL-A-18455 (A/R).
C.4.1. EIGHT (8) BOTTLES TO BE FILLED HAVE 250 CUBIC FOOT CAPACITY.
C.5. DATA REQUIREMENTS PER EXHIBIT A (DD-1423) & ATTCHMENT #1. EACH DELIVERY OF GAS SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE AND AN MSDS FOR THE GAS BEING DELIVERED.
C.5.1. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; EXHIBIT A SEQUENCE A002AA, A004AA AND A006AA.
C.5.2. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS; EXHIBIT A SEQUENCE A002AB, A004AB, AND A006AB.
