About this file

This document is a Responses to Questions (Q&A) file for Solicitation N32253-25-Q-1037 issued by Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) for Nitrogen Bottles. The document contains three vendor questions and corresponding government responses. Vendors inquired about obtaining a cutsheet for the referenced cylinder, seeking an incumbent contract number, and clarifying requirements for test date markings on bottles. The government responses directed vendors to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specifications, declined to provide incumbent contract information, and specified that a test stamp is required by state and federal regulations, not just a painted stencil.
