About this file

This document is a Responses to Questions (Q&A) file for the Keel Block Disposal solicitation (N32253-25-Q-1031) issued by Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The Q&A addresses four key vendor inquiries, including confirmation that the project is not subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements, the availability of project site photos, staging area details, and working hours. The working hours are specifically defined as 0630 to 1500 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, with any work outside these hours requiring prior COR approval. The government indicates they are in the process of providing requested project site photographs and that staging areas will be determined based on project needs.
