About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation N32253-25-Q-0016, a new FY requirement for flow meter verification testing services at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. The Q&A clarifies that this is not a re-compete, references the previous solicitation number N32253-24-Q-0069, and indicates that while the core task requirements remain the same as the previous contract, there were two key changes to the Performance Requirements section: 1) Contractors must comply with the latest versions of documents in Appendix I, II, and III, and 2) Contractors must provide evidence of up-to-date equipment calibration.
The associated opportunity is for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide non-invasive flow meter verification testing for six Siemens MagFlo meters in the Controlled Industrial Area at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, with one base year and four option years beginning March 3, 2025. The NAICS code is 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services). Quotes are due by February 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM HST, with questions due by January 30, 2025. The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting agency, and work will be performed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii.
