1. Can I schedule a site visit?

Due to the needs of the requirement the Performance Work Statement (PWS) should be su icient and a site visit would not be more beneficial.

2. I’m seeking clarification regarding the cooling capacity and airflow specifications.

Please refer to the PWS when putting together your response as the technical needs that are specified must be met.

3. Could all the units be forklifted instead of craned to the locations? I couldn’t tell if both was required on 3.1.3.

4. Will PHNSY provide the crane?

Yes, PHNSY will provide the crane.

5. Is it required to do the ECATTS Training?

Not sure what ECATTS is.

6. For 3.1.3 What is welded lifting eyes?

Welded lifting eyes are where the rigging gear, shackles, wire rope, pulleys, etc. connects the unit to a crane. Lift eyes or pads must be welded and not bolt on.
