Q:

“We the Offeror shall identify status as an accredited educational institution accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC)”.

Can you please confirm if this applies and should be provided by prime offeror only or that we can identify our Sub-contractor status ?

A:

The PRIME contractor must be an accredited educational institution accredited by the Accrediting Commission for the Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC).
