QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

23 April 2026

The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.

1. The warping tugs, measuring 24.4 x 7.3 x 5.0 m, must weigh more than 86 MT. Please confirm warping tug size.

ANSWER – Warping tugs (as described in the cargo list) are anticipated to have the characteristics as follows:

Warping tugs, dimensions in feet and weight in MT.

Width: 24 Feet= 7.3152m

Length: 80 Feet= 24.384m

Depth: 4.6 Feet= 1.40208m

Weight: 86.4MT (190,600lbs)

2. Are pontoon sections fitted with ISOC sockets for 20ft and 40ft and can be stacked without limit on and under deck?

ANSWER – Yes. On the weather deck you can stack 4 sections high and 2 ISOPACS high.

Length 40’ Beam 8’ Depth 9’ Weight 23.75 tons

Sections:

Length 80’ Beam 24’ Depth 4.6’ Weight 71.25 tons
