QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS #3
QUESTION #17
SOLICITATION SECTION: N/A
PARAGRAPH / SECTION NO: N/A
TITLE: Solicitation Amendments
QUESTION: I went to SAM.Gov but could not find the posted Q&A Response 2. Would you please verify it is available?
ANSWER: At bottom of SAM.gov posting for Solicitation N3220524R4094 there are links to PIEE. Amendment documents are listed under the amendment number in PIEE.
QUESTION #18
SOLICITATION SECTION: Main Contract, N3220524R4094
PARAGRAPH / SECTION NO: Amendment
TITLE: Offer Due Date/Local Time
QUESTION:
Solicitation posted 8/20/2024 with a current due date of 10/4/24. Given the scope and magnitude of the contract, both from a global set of requirements and dollar commitment, additional time is required to pull the global aspect of the bid together. Overseas discussions with time zone differentials takes inherently longer.
REQUEST: Please extend the solicitation due date until 10/7/2024. This is one week longer. This additional time will be very useful in accessing all needed resources for bid optimization.
ANSWER: Unfortunately, due to the required time to complete a thorough evaluation and to complete pre-award requirements, MSC is unable to extend the solicitation closing date.
