QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The following are answers to questions received from potential offerors. The answers provide clarification only and DO NOT constitute an amendment to the solicitation.

1. In Subfactor 2 you have requested that we provide a staffing approach; number of employees, number of positions, number of personnel in each position, number of hours required per each employee or position to meet work requirements. And provided a list of key personnel we must include in Section 1.6.8. Not enough information is provided in the scope to deduce the required number of FTEs. Can you either provide the minimum number of qualified FTE's required by location or more information on the facilities assets, anticipated work tickets by type, and buildings so we can clearly judge the number of FTE's required for the workload.

ANSWER - 1: Please see paragraph 1.6.8.4

2. Are you planning to schedule a site visit before the proposal deadline?

ANSWER - 2: No.

3. How many FTEs are currently assigned to each location, and what is the labor category for each?

ANSWER - 3:

In San Diego, CA there are 3 (three) FTEs. In Norfolk, VA there are 10 (ten) FTEs.

Pensacola, FL is a new location and will required 3 (three) FTEs. The number of FTE’s is not meant to indicate a required number of FTEs. Labor category make-up of FTEs are 23000 – Mechanics and Maintenance and Repair Occupations and 23370 – General Maintenance Worker.
