About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Performance Work Statement (PWS) that specifies the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a federal contract opportunity. The QASP defines the performance metrics, standards, and surveillance methods that will be used to evaluate the contractor's performance under the contract. Key details include:

The contractor must meet scheduling and deliverable requirements at least 90% of the time, with no more than two reviews of submittals prior to acceptance. Final deliverables must meet all PWS requirements and receive government approval. The contractor must fully comply with federal regulations regarding combating trafficking in persons and whistleblower protections. Non-compliance or poor performance will be documented in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and subject to corrective action. This QASP is associated with the CargoMax Engineering Services IDIQ contract opportunity (Solicitation N3220524Q0120) issued by the Department of the Navy Military Sealift Command.
