About this file
This document is an amendment to a request for proposals for a federal contract to provide cGMP production of vaccines and biologicals for cancer prevention. The amendment modifies the solicitation's requirements related to information security by removing deliverables associated with non-disclosure agreements, employee suitability investigations, and IT security training. It also replaces language pertaining to the secure transmission of sensitive data to specify the use of a Secure Email and File Transfer Service provided by the National Cancer Institute for contractors to transmit any sensitive data. The amendment further removes attachments associated with non-public information agreements and employee rosters. The related federal contract opportunity notices this pre-solicitation as seeking proposals for a contract with the National Institutes of Health and National Cancer Institute to provide preclinical drug development services.
