Amendment 1
This amendment extends the closing date for the Request for Proposal (RFP) from 1/2/2019 at 3:00PM EDT to 1/18/2019 at 3:00PM EST, updates the deadline for receipt of questions for the RFP from 12/11/2018 at 2:00PM EDT to 12/11/2018 at 2:00PM EST, answers a question received regarding N01CN87006 18, and includes a revised Attachment 5 document.
Q: In the Main Solicitation/RFP Document NCI provides a proposal due date of 1/2/2019 and a questions due date of 12/11/2018; however, in Attachment 5 “Contract Orientation and Kickoff Meeting” the proposal due date is listed as 12/18/2018 and the questions due date is listed as 11/30/2018. Could the government please clarify which of these due dates are correct?
A: The due date for questions and due date for receipt of proposals should be the same for both the Main Solicitation/RFP and Task Order #1 Contract Orientation and Kickoff Meeting. As the closing date for the Main Solicitation/RFP is extended to 1/18/19 by this amendment, the proposal due date for Task Order 1 is also being extended. Please see pages 3 & 4 of this amendment for the revised Attachment 5, “Task Order #1 Statement of Work & TORFP”, which changes the deadline for receipt of questions to 12/11/2018 at 2:00PM EST, and the proposal due date to 1/18/2019 at 3:00PM EST.
