Question 1: Is this is a follow-on contract or a new opportunity? If this is a follow-on can you please provide the contract information?
Answer 1: This is a follow-on to contract N0024424P0244.
Question 2: Is this a new requirement or is there an incumbent contractor currently performing on this effort?
Answer 2: There is an incumbent contractor currently performing on this effort.
Question 3: If this is an existing requirement, how many total systems required Risk Management Framework (RMF) Support Services during the period of performance of the existing requirement?
Answer 3: There is only one system in EMASS. The arctic TEMPALTs for all classes of submarines has been combined into one system in EMASS.
Question 4: Is the Virginia Ice Capability Equipment (VICE) and the Seawolf Arctic TEMPALT (SWAT) the only systems within the scope of this Statement of Work for the Arctic Submarine Laboratory (ASL), or are there more systems included in this requirement that require RMF services? Does the government anticipate more systems be added during the course of the period of performance and if so how many?
Answer 4: There is only one system in EMASS. The arctic TEMPALTs for all classes of submarines has been combined into one system in EMASS. In EMASS this includes VICE, SWAT and LA class arctic TEMPALTs. There will not be any additional systems added during the course of the period of performance.
Question 5: Is there a Facility Clearance (FCL) requirement to perform this effort? If yes, at what level?
Answer 5: No clearance is required.
