About this file

This is an amendment (0001) to solicitation N0042125Q0028 that changes the procurement from a sole source to a brand name acquisition after authorized resellers were identified that can meet the requirements. The amendment extends the response date from November 5, 2024 to December 6, 2024 and changes the solicitation issue date to December 2, 2024.

The solicitation is for an Eaton Flexible Service Plan for NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Special Communications Mission Solutions Division. The service plan includes after-hours (7x24) parts and labor coverage with 8-hour response time, 30% spare parts kit and time/material discount, annual UPS preventive maintenance, and annual sealed battery preventive maintenance for Eaton model 93PM-60-100-R (serial number EL292UXX01). The base period of performance is December 20, 2024 to May 19, 2025, with four one-year options through May 19, 2029. This is now set aside for small businesses and requires vendors to be authorized Eaton resellers/distributors. Delivery is to NAWCAD WOLF in St. Inigoes, MD.
