About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Response Template for the NAVAIR Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Business Office. It requests information from companies on their experience and capabilities related to key areas such as SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA transitions, consolidating legacy data warehouses, integrating property and inventory functions into SAP solutions, providing SAP HANA technical and functional support, leading process redesign initiatives, and the ability to commence performance in April 2026. The template also asks about the company's NAICS code, ability to perform 50% of the work, and security clearance capabilities. This information will be used to assess potential offerors' qualifications for the upcoming NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office contract, which will provide business solutions integration management, reporting and analytics, user management and training, and operational support services, with a focus on modernizing the Navy's ERP system.
