About this file

This document contains a draft solicitation for contractor support services and the related federal contract opportunity details. The draft solicitation seeks cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort support services for engineering, program management, and small business innovation research program offices to align naval science and technology investments with strategic needs, identify technologies for warfighter needs, manage science and technology portfolios, and accelerate technology transitions. The non-performance based, single-award contract would have a five-year ordering period for tasks issued on an as-required basis. Interested parties were asked to provide feedback on the draft solicitation by May 16, 2019. The federal contract opportunity posting provided additional context, including the proposed solicitation number, North American Industry Classification System code, and Product Service Code.
