1. This is the framework and final draft of the RFP that the Government intends to release.
a. From your perspective, are there any challenges with your company proposing to this requirement?
b. What concerns does your company see with respect to the GFE/Government furnished mission equipment or information provided or the CFE required for this effort?
c. With respect to the draft CLIN structure, does your company have a suggested CLIN structure to help your company better balance the risk to performance and price (e.g. standup, travel, fixed monthly, etc)
d. Discuss your company’s specific concerns with meeting the requirements in the PBWS.
e. Discuss what your company would provide (written notification per Draft RFP Section F) to demonstrate and substantiate the completion of the stand-up capabilities for EA, SOJ and TBT.
