About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity notice. The CDRL outlines requirements for a Management Plan data item to support the High Endurance Electronic Warfare Jet (HEEWJ) Capabilities contract. Key deliverables and dates specified in the CDRL include an initial Management Plan submission within 30 days of contract award, with revisions required as outlined. Distribution of the plan is limited to the Department of Defense and its contractors.

The related federal contract opportunity seeks proposals for CAS involving airborne threat simulations to train Navy and joint forces. The single-award IDIQ contract will be awarded on a full and open basis. The NAICS code is 481219 and PSC is V121. Offerors have until May 28, 2019 to submit proposals in response to solicitation N00421-18-R-0009 for HEEWJ Capabilities support from a contractor-owned and operated aircraft. Performance will take place across multiple CONUS sites and OCONUS locations.
