About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to solicitation N0040626QS134, issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound on February 10, 2026. The amendment extends the response due date from February 10, 2026 to February 12, 2026 to allow vendors additional time to answer questions submitted during the solicitation period. The contracting officer is Ashley A Rollin, and the point of contact is Nicole Logan at NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR PUGET SOUND in Bremerton, Washington.

The solicitation requires moving services for office furniture and equipment from one hangar location to another at NAS Whidbey Island between February 16 and April 17, 2026. Key requirements include: the move should be completed within one week and ideally in three days or less, with expected working hours of 0700-1700; no forklifts are needed; movers must disassemble and reassemble gym-style lockers, shelves, and cabinets as necessary; movers are responsible for safely packing and transporting items including wall-mounted equipment; there are no elevators at either location, requiring movement via stairs across two levels of office space; and movers must coordinate base access and flight-line access independently. Containers will be moved separately by squadron personnel. The amendment provides clarified answers to vendor questions regarding equipment provisions, anchoring requirements, wall-mounted items, expected duration, working hour limitations, and packing responsibilities.
