This is Standard Form 30 Amendment 0002 to a federal solicitation for Quincy Air Compressor Parts issued by the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound. The amendment modifies solicitation N0040626QS098 and extends the response deadline from February 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM to February 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM. The amendment becomes effective February 10, 2026.

The solicitation is a brand name requirement acquisition for two Quincy Compressors models using FAR Parts 12 and 13 simplified acquisition procedures, resulting in a firm fixed-price supply award. Line item 0001 specifies a Quincy QDGV3046FM rotary screw air compressor rated at 125 psi, 30 HP, 141 ACFM, floor mount configuration with 1" MPT outlet and required voltage of 460/3/60. Line item 0002 specifies a Quincy QDGV3046FMD rotary screw air compressor and dryer unit rated at 125 psi, 30 HP, 120 ACFM with integral dryer, floor mount, and the same 460/3/60 voltage requirement. The amendment clarifies that receiver tanks are not included in this procurement. Offerors must submit resell letters from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with their quotes and are evaluated on technical merit, delivery dates, specification sheets, price including shipping/crating, and past performance with no order of relative importance. Questions must be submitted one day prior to closing. The Government reserves the right to make a single award to the most advantageous quoter and requires contractors to use electronic invoicing via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) upon delivery.
