About this file

This is Standard Form 30 (SF 30), an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract document issued by the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR) Puget Sound, located in Bremerton, Washington. The amendment is numbered 0002 to solicitation N0040626Q00139, effective 08 May 2026, with an administered contracting office contact of Ashley Rollin (ashley.a.rollin.civ@us.navy.mil, 564-230-3001). The primary change extends the solicitation response due date from 11 May 2026 to 12 May 2026. The amendment also addresses questions and answers related to a door installation project, including site visit clarifications regarding door frame repairs, seal documentation, and operational usage.

The Questions and Answers section clarifies four key points: (1) regarding seal drawings or samples, the Government states it is currently unaware of the seal as it is not visible and references pictures; (2) concerning a damaged lower jamb observed during the site visit, the Government confirms it will be repaired prior to door installation; (3) regarding wall levelness and door operation impacts, the Government indicates the bottom left corner of the door frame was pushed in approximately 3 inches and will be repaired to bring the frame back to level; and (4) regarding door usage frequency, the Government states the door is opened 1 to 2 times per day maximum with an equal number of closures. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended deadline of 12 May 2026 by completing and returning the amendment, acknowledging receipt on offer copies, or submitting separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
