About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document related to solicitation N0040626Q0050 for radio suite maintenance services on a USNS Supply class vessel. The document addresses a bidder's inquiry regarding the tentative labor cost quotation when the place of performance was initially unknown. The Government clarified that due to operational security (OPSEC) concerns, all quotations must be based on travel to and work at a port in Europe on the Mediterranean Sea, with specific reference to page 8 of the solicitation for additional details. This guidance ensures that bidders submit competitive pricing based on a defined geographic location rather than leaving travel costs indeterminate.
