About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Navy procurement opportunity. The amendment adds Section M - Evaluation Factors for Award, which outlines three key evaluation factors: (1) Technical Capability, where offerors must demonstrate the ability to meet Performance Work Statement requirements, (2) Past Performance, which will be evaluated to assess likelihood of successful contract execution, and (3) Price, where offers must include a completed price schedule covering base and 4 option years. The government intends to award a single firm fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror providing the best overall value, using a comparative evaluation approach. The solicitation is for commercial products and commercial services, with the Navy's Puget Sound Fleet Logistics Center as the issuing office, and the amendment is dated 08 Aug 2025.
