About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a dishwasher lease and maintenance service solicitation. The amendment extends the response due date from 19 May 2025 to 27 May 2025 at 1200 PM for a firm, fixed-price contract supporting the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Galley. The solicitation is a full and open competition requirement, with the government anticipating awarding to the responsible offeror providing the best value, considering price, delivery lead times, and past performance.

Key details include the place of performance at ADM Nimitz Galley in Oak Harbor, WA, with payment to be processed through WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) in accordance with DFARS 252.232-7006. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may be required to use the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) for installation access. The government reserves the right to make a single award to the quoter deemed most advantageous, and contractors are advised that the fixed-price contract places full cost and profit/loss risk on the contractor, with no adjustments for COVID-19 or inflationary increases.
