About this file

This Statement of Work outlines requirements for Trident Maritime to perform vibration analysis on four Air Conditioning Plants located in the Auxiliary Machinery Room in Chinhae, South Korea. The period of performance is April 28, 2025 - May 11, 2025.

The contractor must provide all labor, tooling and materials including vibration weights, coalescer element, filter/felt bags for desiccant, dying agent, desiccant 6kg buckets, and filter drier. Key tasks include performing vibration analysis on all AC plants, troubleshooting any vibration issues and oil coolers, correcting alignment issues, and providing a service report to the Principal Port Engineer and Chief Engineer upon completion. The work requires coordination with ship's force for equipment lockout/tagout procedures. Important safety considerations include high voltage electrical systems requiring proper authorization for access, and awareness that the T-AKE class electrical color coding does not follow consistent schemes for current-carrying conductors.
