SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been modified:

Q&A

1. Do all buildings have conduits?

7115 needs conduit to camera position on the roof from demarc point or there’s a fiber patch panel in the building and fiber would have to be run through the camera.

From 7111 to 7115 there’s conduit but no cable.

For building 7115, the distance from the demarcation to the camera sites is 200ft.

On 7111, camera is being moved, approx. 75ft and contractor would need to splice at the old position and run cable to the new position. Contractor will install conduit here and also in 7115.

Camera 12 is currently in conduit and ran to the roof but will need to be run to the mounted position, approx. 25ft.

2. Are all cameras accessible from the roof?

Bldg 7114, all 4 cameras are mounted 20ft high on 30ft wall, will require lift.

3. Do the new 55 inch monitoring locations need to be interactive?

Yes, they need to be programed to be user-interactive at those locations.

4. Are UPS required for those 55 inch monitoring locations?

Yes, one existing location has UPS. The new locations will also need them; expected support for short duration when power goes out to transfer to back up generator.

5. Voltage for the CDC server is 120v 10amps, or you must have a 208v bus (if your servers use more than 10amps)

6. Is there any switch on the roof? No

7. The repair attachment is different from the scope of work document for building 711. The repair attachment states that there 7 cameras to upgrade. However, the scope of work states that there are 8. Please clarify.

See updated Repair Attachment for further clarification. The original Repair Attachment didn’t have the Camera 12 (rear of building). Building 7119 is the Guard shack. The correct number is 7 cameras in building 7111 and 1 camera in 7119. Note: building 7119 is the same as building 7111A in the SOW.
