About this file
This document is a contractor survey designed to gather feedback on the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport's contracts department performance. The survey evaluates the department across three key areas: timeliness, quality, and service/partnership, using a rating scale for agreement and importance. The survey includes detailed follow-up questions seeking qualitative feedback on the contracts department's performance, relationship management, feedback mechanisms, issue resolution, staffing impact, and opportunities for improvement.
The survey is directly related to the NUWC Division Keyport Industry Day (Solicitation N00253-TIH-ID-2025) scheduled for August 6, 2025, at the Naval Undersea Museum in Keyport, WA. The event will focus on Technical Insertion Hardware (TIH) 28/30/32 contract, which aims to provide next-generation hardware for submarine platforms including SSBN, 688/688i, VIRGINIA Class, COLLINS Class, and COLUMBIA Class submarines. The day will include an overview of the organization, procurement projections, and networking opportunities with technical personnel, running from 10am to 3:30pm with sessions in the Jack Murdock Museum Auditorium and Mary Bonin Room.
