About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for Bulk Liquid Nitrogen supply and delivery to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDIVKPT). The solicitation (N0025325Q70080001) requires a contractor to provide up to 200,000 gallons of liquid nitrogen (LN2) at 99.998% purity, distributed across one base year and three option years with 50,000 gallons per period. Delivery specifications include up to 2,000 gallons per delivery, three times weekly, to a government-owned 3,000-gallon storage tank at Building 98 in Keyport, Washington, during service hours of 0800-1500 Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Key contract requirements include vendor responsibility for delivery, connection, and transfer of bulk LN2, with specific documentation and performance standards. Security requirements mandate U.S. citizenship for vendor employees, and each delivery must be validated by a government point of contact who will review tank fill gauges and receive a detailed delivery ticket. Invoicing must be completed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) with attached delivery documentation. The contract includes provisions for urgent requests, with vendors required to respond within 48 hours, and allows for one complimentary warm tank fill per year if the tank is completely emptied.
