About this file
This document contains four Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and related Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) for a Navy contract. The CDRLs require the following deliverables:
CDRL A001 requires a written test report for quality performance testing of cold gas machined parts. Testing must be done in accordance with technical requirements and drawings, and certificates of conformance must accompany deliveries.
CDRL A003 requires Requests for Variance to be submitted as needed, with distribution restricted to the DoD and contractors.
CDRL A004 requires Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reports using the Navy DID format when reliability test failures occur, including preliminary and final failure analysis, corrective actions taken, and effect on production.
The related solicitation is for an MK54 Cold Gas FES Pressure Switch for the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The CDRLs and DIDs provide requirements for quality assurance documentation to be delivered under this contract.
