Answer 18: There are no stairwells or other vertical terrain requiring navigation to deliver materials to installation location.
Question 19: A 4x3 video wall mentioned in the amendment will create a nonstandard video aspect resolution of 21:9 opposed to a standard video aspect resolution of 16:9. While video content can be mapped with a video windowing processor to a 4x3 video wall, normal video content may looked stretched if mapped across the whole diagonal of the wall. This size of video wall may also cause neck strain depending on the seating arrangement within the facility. Would solutions like a 6x3 video wall in the amphitheater be taken into consideration during review if presented with the benefits to this design strategy?
Answer 19: The video matrix should allow us to isolate the 3x3 display allowing for a standard aspect resolution of 16:9. The remaining column of displays can then be used to display additional content.
Quesiton 20: Will the contract for this project be awarded solely on price or a variety of factors?
Answer 20: The proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the Award Evaluation language specified at the end of solicitation.
