Question 8: 3.6.3 / 4.2.2 / 4.2.2.1 requires testing and run off at contractors facility, with the government providing the air agitation, scrubber, rectifier, and chiller. The only testing that we would be able to perform would be a hydro static water test on all of the tanks. Correct?

Answer 8: Yes, that is correct, the only testing that needs to be done at the Contractor facility prior to delivery is a hydrostatic test of tanks and lines (as appropriate).
