About this file

This document is an EXAMPLE Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) issued under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide tactical skills training to Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group One personnel. The PWS outlines three specific training courses: a 14-day comprehensive tactical training course, two 7-day basic shooting and tactics courses, and two 7-day static shooting fundamentals courses. The courses aim to develop and refine tactical skills in areas such as advanced shooting, small unit tactics, breaching, and technical driving. The contractor must provide a training plan curriculum, conduct training, and deliver completion reports, after-action reviews, and safety documentation. The PWS states this task order does not require contractor travel. The Government will conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure the contractor meets the PWS requirements. This example PWS is to demonstrate the Government's expectations for industry to execute high-quality training services under the overarching IDIQ contract.
