Amendment to Solicitation:
Proposal must include the following:
- Plan of Action for installation of rental tank, include time frame and type of installation.
- Documentation of certificate of conformance MIL SPEC MIL-PRF-27415.
- Statement of certificate of compliance (being provided with each delivery) Meaning each potential delivery must be tested and meet the MIL-PRF-27415 MIL SPEC.
- Statement of if the potential delivery fails to meet the 99.998% Argon that it will NOT be delivered.
- Pricing for new Period of Performance Dates listed within Performance Work Statement: Base and ALL Option years.
- Pricing for itemized breakdown of items required within Performance Work Statement:
(a) Show the proposed unit price for all items. If an item is not listed within breakdown it will be considered not available.
(b) Enter the extended price (multiply the estimated annual quantity by the proposed unit price) of each item offered in the Total column of Schedule B. In case of discrepancy between a unit price and an extended price, the unit price will be presumed to be correct. Offers for supplies or services other than those specified will not be considered unless authorized by the solicitation.
(c) Propose a price on all items for each schedule. If there is to be no charge for an item, an entry such as No Charge, or the letters N/C or 0, must be made in the unit price column of the Schedule.
(d) When drayage is necessary for the accomplishment of any item in the schedule, the Offeror shall include in the unit price any costs for bridge or ferry tolls, road use charges or similar expenses.
(e) Options. For evaluation purposes, in order to evaluate the impact of a possible six (6) month extension under the clause FAR 52.217-8, the total proposed price for option period four (4) will be divided by two (2) to calculate an extension price. The extension price will then be added to the total proposed price to arrive at a total evaluated price.
(f) The total evaluated price will be evaluated to determine whether it is reasonable. A reasonable price represents a price that provides best value to the government, taking into account market prices, the technical and functional capabilities of the offeror, and risk.
