About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document addressing inquiries from offerors regarding the CNAL Force Travel Logistics Support solicitation (N0018926QL078). The requirement seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for travel logistics support services, estimated at one full-time equivalent (FTE) for the base year (2,080 labor hours) and 1,040 hours for the six-month extension period. The incumbent contractor, Immersion Consulting, LLC, has met performance expectations under the previous Seaport-NXG task order (N0018924F3073).

The primary responsibilities include processing Government Travel Card (GTCC) delinquencies, managing Defense Travel System (DTS) unsubmitted vouchers (estimated 50-150 documents monthly), and assisting the Travel Team with Commercial Booking Arrangements (CBA). The government estimates 750-1,000 annual DTS authorizations, vouchers, and amendments, with emergent tasking occurring weekly. Offerors must assume full-time onsite performance with one contractor attending the annual HL4 APC Summit. The contractor must hold a final SECRET security clearance before beginning work, and labor category mix is contractor-determined to align with Wage Determination 2015-4341 (Rev. 32, dated 12/03/2025). Estimated contract award is on or before July 31, 2026. This is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 541611 and small business size standard of $24.5 million.
