About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (SF 30) for Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) Crane Simulator Maintenance Agreement and Support Services. The solicitation (N0018925Q0523) seeks a contractor to provide maintenance and support for two GlobalSim, Inc. crane simulators, including a standard Premium Level Maintenance Agreement, an operating system upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, quarterly security updates, and comprehensive service reporting. The key technical requirements include providing software updates, preventative and corrective maintenance, and generating detailed service reports for the NAVELSG Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and N7 Department Head.

The amendment removes previous IA Certification requirements, Secret Facility Clearance requirements, and Common Access Card (CAC) language. The contract requires the contractor to have personnel with a SECRET security clearance and comply with safety, operations security, and contractor identification protocols. Quotes are to be submitted electronically to specified Navy email addresses, with separate pricing information for a base 12-month period and four 12-month option periods. The solicitation is issued by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, with quotes valid for 30 days from the solicitation closing date and potential requests for additional pricing support documentation.
