Q: Will cables be shipped directly to Puerto Rico?

A: Cables will be shipped directly to each of the sites listed in the RFQ, including the Puerto

Rico site.

Q: What is the due date for quotes?

A: Please see block 8 of the RFQ and the date/time listed therein.

Q: Is the delivery date for cables 90 days from today, or once the requiring activity places the order?

A: Delivery date is 90 days from issuance of the contract/purchase order from our contracting office.

Q: Are there any restrictions for country of origin for these cables?

A: This requirement is subject to Buy American and the associated restrictions listed under

DFARS clause 252.225-7000 in the RFQ, along with any restrictions listed in other clauses therein.

Q: Can the Government expedite the proposal due date?

A: At this time, the Government cannot expedite the proposal due date or shorten the RFQ window. Adequate time must be provided for other businesses to submit quotes in response to this solicitation.

Q: Will the Government accept partial shipments by CLIN or delivery site, provided all shipments are completed within an acceptable window and in full compliance with technical specifications?

A: Yes, partial shipments are acceptable. The requiring activity has requested that the size of spools be provided prior to shipment. The site priorities for delivery are as follows: 1) Virginia,

2) Texas, 3) Puerto Rico.
