About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation N0018925Q0121 for Catholic Musician Support Services at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. The document clarifies that this is a follow-on contract to N0018924P0169, and confirms that no formal SF1449 form will be published as this is a combined synopsis/solicitation.

Key clarifications include that building access will be provided to the contractor through the Chaplain or supporting staff as required, the submission due date remains unchanged, and the solicitation will be evaluated based on price unless past performance information indicates otherwise. The Q&A confirms this is a small business set-aside where non-profits may compete, and access requirements are detailed in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The place of performance is at the Joint Base Little Creek Chapel in Virginia Beach, VA or within 50 miles as assigned by the Command Chaplain.
