The contract will be a single-award, firm-fixed-price task order via SeaPort-NxG for a 12-month base period plus four 12-month options and potential 6-month extension under FAR 52.217-8, running from September 2025 through February 2031. The requirement calls for approximately 43 FTEs across various IT roles including application developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, VTC/AV support, and database administrators.

Key dates include RFP release on March 10, 2025, proposals due April 10, 2025, with award planned for June 2025 (without exchanges) or August 2025 (with exchanges). The evaluation will prioritize non-cost factors over price, with Facilities Security Clearance as the highest-weighted factor, followed by Technical (Performance Approach and Staffing/Management Approach), Past Performance, and Price. All contractor personnel must have minimum Secret clearance with 4 positions requiring Top Secret eligibility. The contract allows for telework subject to COR approval and most positions fall under Service Contract Labor Standards. The procurement is being managed by NAVSUP FLCN with POCs Samantha Miller (Contracting Officer) and John Hill (Contract Specialist).
