1. What is the maximum vertical clearance from the floor slab to the underside of the roof deck or ceiling structure? This measurement is critical for determining the required working height and platform height specifications when sourcing appropriate aerial work platforms.
The ceiling is approximately 30 ft. to the bottom of the duct work is approx 18 ft.
2. Are there any overhead obstructions, architectural features, or MEP systems that would necessitate the use of an articulating boom lift with a non-linear reach envelope, as opposed to a standard scissor lift with purely vertical extension?
The only obstructions is shelving and kracks but they should be able to work around them with a scissor lift.
3. What is the total square footage of the ductwork that needs to be cleaned?
SF of warehouse is 80,000 FT. I don't know if the drawings say what the SF of the duct work is or not.
4. Can you provide more details on the specific types and models of the 10 air handling units that require cleaning?
I can not provide any information regarding the air handlers as we don't know if what is on the outside matches what is actually there. they have probably been replaced over time. so that we are not sure of.
