| Is the government’s expectation that each Key Person meet all security clearance and classification requirements listed in PWS Attachment 1, Section 2.0 within one (1) business day after contract award? | All contractor personnel performing on a task order shall meet the security clearance and classification requirements prior to the performance of any task orders requiring cleared personnel. |
| The RFP PWS does not make mention of a transition period to permit a controlled turnover from one vendor to another. Is there a designated transition period to permit the turnover from one vendor to another, if so, how long is the transition period and what are the deliverables? | No, there is not a designated transition period for the IDIQ, nor are there required transition deliverables. The Government intends to award the IDIQ prior to the beginning of the Ordering Period during which time transition actions may occur. Additionally, for on going task orders the Government intends to award the task orders at least 30 days prior to the start of task order performance to allow for transition. |
| PWS Attachment III, PHYSEC Equipment List, notes software applications and operating systems that are beyond their service life and are no longer supported (i.e. Windows 7, Windows XP, ….). Request the government confirm that those applications and operating systems are still in use and will be required to remain in use through the contract period of performance. | All software utilized under the program is updated and will be updated throughout the contract period. Currently WIN10 SHB builds of the latest version are utilized, as are LENEL software and all server and antivirus. |

| There are several pieces of equipment that are discontinued (i.e. P5624-E, SNC-VM631 and DVC-EX-C-A00-04-2T). What are the replacement part numbers for these items? | These items are still the Government's requirement and replacement part numbers are not available. | |
| There are several pieces of equipment that are made in China and are not TAA Compliant (CNGE26FX2TX24MSPOE1, T8134, T8129, C431 and VX2457-MHD). What are the TAA Compliant replacement part numbers for these items? | Some components within the items are made in China, however the models are not manufactured in China and have been approved by accrediting authority as compliant and approved for usage in the installations. | |
