VTC TECH REFRESH

COMMANDER EXPEDITIONARY STRIKE GROUP TWO (ESG-2)

SOLICITATION NUMBER: N0018921Q0266

AMENDMENT 0001

1. Question: Would it be preferred if a single camera could be shared between the two VTC codecs instead of having two cameras at the front of the room as long as we can maintain the DISA security standards? The same camera would also be available for USB connectivity to support web conferencing applications such as MS Teams.

Response: We would prefer a single camera.

2. Question: Is there a room layout with dimensions so we better understand what the final solution is supposed to be?

Response: Attached

3. Question: Is all power for the equipment rack, and all 5 displays currently in place or will be installed by government provided electricians prior to the vendor arriving onsite to complete the installation?

Response: Power is in place.

4. Question: Does there need to be a USB input for the web conferencing functionality with both the SIPR and NIPR connections at the table or should the USB connections only be in the rack for use with the GFE workstations?

Response: At the table.

5. Question: What is the ceiling material? (i.e. drop ceiling, drywall ceiling)

Response: Drop Ceiling

6. Question: Are all walls drywall and stud built or are any concrete or concrete block that cabling has to run through or displays have to be mounted on?

Response: All walls are constructed of Dry wall.

7. Question: The period of performance for this requirement is for the project to be complete by the end of

June. Is the customer aware that the current lead time from Cisco for TAA compliant Codecs on the DISA

APL is 60-90 days delivery and typically on the 90 days side of that? We work with a Cisco Gold Reseller and get the best rates and response from Cisco. Would the Government consider a longer period of performance to account for the delivery timeframes of TAA compliant Codecs?

Response: The Government would like to maintain the current period of performance.
